Meeting of the National Convention, 16 March 2025
Useful information and programme for the dayThank you for booking for the Convention meeting. The National Convention is one of the most important bodies with the Party, representing our members and volunteers. Today’s meeting is the first all day meeting of the Convention in many years, and is a key opportunity for members of the Convention to provide input in to the many changes which are in progress at the moment.

Venue: The venue is as follow:

If you are parking in the Millennium Point multi storey car park (link provided in the previous email below), there is a walkway direct to the Conference Centre from level 2 of the car park.
The venue is close to Birmingham City Centre, within 15 minutes walk of New Street and Moor Street stations, and the main bus station.
Parking: The nearest car park is Millennium Point multi storey car park (https://maps.app.goo.gl/6ppwxMY2qGaF88CU7 – postcode B4 7AP). Parking for the day of the event should cost £8.
Registration: This is open from 9.15am and teas/coffees/water will be served. There are refreshment breaks throughout the day including a buffet lunch.
Breakout rooms: These are on the upper level, accessible by leaving the main hall via the doors at the top, or from the refreshments area by going up the lifts or escalators in the foyer.
Dress code: Smart casual.
