Julian has been a superb representative of our Party in local government and a champion of our volunteers as a leader at all levels.
Having seen his campaigning passion up close I know he is a fantastic representative of the grassroots able to energise and empathise in equal measure.
As a vice president of our Party I can think of fewer more qualified people to lead our members forward.
