Julian has been an excellent Vice President and has continued to come up with constructive ideas and suggestions to improve the ways in which we work. He is extremely collegiate in his approach and is willing to both listen to and present our views at the very top level. Julian always leads from the front and knows how to bring people together, a quality that is very much needed if we are to move forward. I wholeheartedly endorse him, he will do an excellent job as Chairman.
