Julian has been leading the South West for almost 3 years and has done sterling work. He has tried to tread the party line but understands the challenges of Associations and has been an excellent conduit between the centre and the troops on the ground. He has been fully engaged in campaigning and as an Association Chairman I would endorse his application to be a Vice President.
