I have known Julian as borough councillor, Conservative Group Leader, Chairman and President of the Reigate & Banstead Conservative Association.
He always leads with equanimity and he is totally dependable while creating room for others to bring their talents to the table. A clear, crisp communicator who uses not too many words nor too few, just the right words.
I have no doubt his commitment to the Voluntary Party is total. And to cap it all his energy knows no limit.
We need Julian at the top, he has my wholehearted endorsement for the position of Chairman of the National Convention
