If it were not for Julian I would not be in the position I am now as a Deputy Chair. He suggested me when others may not have seen my potential. Julian has the expertise, knowledge and experience to make a significant and positive impact on the role of Vice President. I support him wholeheartedly. Julian can also bring his ability to scrutinise quickly and effectively. The councillors and members of RBCA who have known him for over 20 years have remained his friends and support him for this position because they owe so much to his wise counsel and mentoring.
