Julian is a true example of the best in our voluntary party. He works tirelessly for everyone and is an amazing advocate for all our members. Julian has a complete understanding of all levels from branches to national convention, and wherever he has been an officer the area has seen improvement. For him to be an officer of the national convention can only be a positive for all associations, areas and regions.
