Julian has served at all levels within the Voluntary Party – crucially – both in a battleground region as well as a majority seat region. That breadth of experience and knowledge is so important to have on the Party Board. During my time as Chairman, Julian was without doubt one of the most effective and forward looking Association Chairs. He has all the attributes of being an excellent Vice President.
